FedExCourier Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivered by FedEx UK Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.
  • Valid for England, Wales & Lowlands of Scotland****.
  • Requires signature unless instructed otherwise.
  • Goods left without being signed for at the request of the customer are done so at the customer's own risk.
  • Times are not guaranteed.
  • NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES

Before Noon

  • Sent via "NEXT-DAY BEFORE NOON"
  • We will send out orders received before 2.30pm Monday-Friday on next working day delivery before noon.
  • Orders received after 2.30pm Thursday and on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.

Next-Day Delivery

  • Sent via "Next Day delivery"
  • We will send out orders received before 2.30pm Monday-Friday on next working day delivery.
  • Orders received after 2.30pm Thursday and on Fridays will be delivered early the following week.

2-3 Day Delivery

  • Sent via "2-3 Day"
  • We will send out orders received before 2.30pm Monday-Friday on 2 to 3 working day delivery.
  • Orders received after 2.30pm Thursday and on Fridays will be delivered early the following week.

**** Deliveries to N.Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands off the British mainland are sent via the Post Office as "1st Class Post Or Standard Parcels".
