WELLINGTON BOOTS RETURN PROCEDURE.
If you find that your wellington boots are unsatisfactory either because they are the wrong size or you have simply decided that you no longer wish to have a pair we will give you a full refund or swap the boots free of charge.
We rely on your honesty but please note.....
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- We operate a common sense policy!
- The wellington boots must be in a new, re-salable condition to be accepted back by us.
- The wellington boots must not have been worn other than to be tried for size.
- We will not accept wellington boots that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned!
- If the wellington boots arrived in a manufacturer's box then they must be returned in the same box.
- It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs
- We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit.
Please send returns to the address below detailing who they are from and the reason for return.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you feel your wellington boots are substandard please return them to the address below detailing your concerns. We will review the product and act accordingly and quickly.
Please take the boots to the Post Office and send the boots as a Standard Parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: We refund a maximum of £10 on return carriage for faulty goods.
